Duties/Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, train and coordinate support services to meet the objectives established by the Executive group
  • Develop and direct implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards for Administrative Services personnel
  • Supervise all administrative functions
  • Develop budget and monitor administrative expenditures
  • Plan, organize, assign and direct the activities of Administrative Services personnel
  • Create and maintain a high level of confidence in handling human resources issues and records
  • Select, train, motivate and evaluate staff performance
