Duties/Responsibilities
Plan, direct, train and coordinate support services to meet the objectives established by the Executive group
Develop and direct implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards for Administrative Services personnel
Supervise all administrative functions
Develop budget and monitor administrative expenditures
Plan, organize, assign and direct the activities of Administrative Services personnel
Create and maintain a high level of confidence in handling human resources issues and records
Select, train, motivate and evaluate staff performance
